The hotel is perfectly situated within yards of the Tha Pei Gate for access to all the amenities of Chiangmai city centre. It is the ideal budget traveller's hotel just a few steps from the eating houses, coffee shops, travel agents and book shops that proliferate in the area.
The restaurant is vegetarian - not great for a lifelong carnivore so I found the breakfast a bit uninspiring. Staff do not make up the room, change towels, replenish water, etc. in the room unless specifically requested.

Very convenient to move around from there. Checkin day was a Sunday, and the hotel was right infront of the Sunday walking market. Also quite near to the Night Bazzar.
Wifi in the room is very weak and unless you bring your laptop, the wifi in the coffeehouse is much better.

Affordable. Helpful staff. Nice having breakast right there, saves time. Transportaion easy to get around. Honest staff, forgotmy blouse thereand got it back when I book two weeks laters. Thanks

A/c was good, it was clean
Matress was not comfortable, noise at night so it was hard to sleep, breakfast was not so good.

Central location, walking distance to Old City and some restaurants.
It is right next door ( literally shares a wall) with one of the loudest live rock music bars in Chiang Mai. Vegetarian breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.
